September 16, 2009: Breaking Ground

Construction of the Lake of Bays Brewing Company building has officially begun, and on September 16 we celebrated the occasion with a groundbreaking ceremony at the brewery site! Township of Lake of Bays Mayor Janet Peake, District Councillor Margaret Casey and Area Councillor Phil Cote were all present to mark the event. Many of the loyal beer-loving citizens of Baysville also turned out to watch the proceedings. Thanks to everyone who came out to help us mark this very special occasion!
