January 20, 2010: Equipment Day Three

Well, it keeps coming together. Those of you who keep tabs on the brewery's exterior (juuuust in case it tried anything funny!) will have noted that today the roof sprouted a new vent stack. It looked pretty cool from inside! Other notable events today included positioning the fermenters, moving the hot liquor tank over by the brewhouse and placing the big gear drive that powers the rakes inside the lauter tun.
