January 21, 2010: Equipment Day Four

Another good day at the brewery (we've had a few now this week). The brewhouse is now fully piped in and we've peeled the present wrapping off one of the unitanks. It's very shiny underneath! Iain and Ryan of Western Mechanical spent the afternoon building a grist case, and next week it'll be suspended from the ceiling and ready for auger connections. Should look pretty good once in place!
