February 28, 2010: Getting Ready for Beer!

It's been a little while since our last update, and it's because we've been busy preparing for our first production runs in March. It seems every day a new piece of equipment arrives that needs to be connected to power, water, gas and 10 other pieces of equipment. Our steam and glycol piping is almost complete, and the walls of the brewery are criss-crossed with a spiderweb of electrical, water and gas lines. Soon there'll just be that small matter of actually making beer!
