January 28, 2010: Further Progress

Well, for a while it seemed like things would calm down a little once the equipment was in the building. Instead it's been anything but calm! Both the final touches on the building interior and initial work on plumbing, electrical, steam and glycol connections to the brewing equipment have been going on this week. Also, two installation supervisors from DME Ltd., the brewing equipment manufacturer, came to inspect the system and give some guidance on work to be completed over the next month or so. We can't wait to actually get brewing.
